AHHHHHHHHH! Here’s the moment we got the keys to the new studio!!! It literally just happened a couple of hours and ago and we’re feeling so many things. All of the things.
This is a super emotional day for us and we wanted to share this insane moment with you IMMEDIATELY. We can’t quite believe we’re here!
And it’s all thanks to you. Thanks for your support over the past ten years, and especially for your support of our Kickstarter. We’ll never be able to express our gratitude in words, but seeing us run around the empty warehouse will hopefully give you an idea of how excited we are.
This a brand new chapter for VLDL and we can’t wait to bring you bigger and better content from our brand new home!

Something to keep in mind – it is a VERY bad idea to show any keys online either in photo or video format. When the bitting is visible the key can be quite easily copied by anyone. There even are templates that someone can use in software like Photoshop to overlay over a key image to read the bitting code which then can be used to duplicate key without having the original physical key. Please make sure you ALWAYS cover keys up in some way – either keep them inside your pockets, cover them physically with your hands or other items when holding or just blur them out in post-production.

and also please watch out for a creepy custodian that comes out of nowhere and goes, “what are you all doing, here?” then goes back hiding into the shadows.
Oh, yeah. You can definitely read the bitting of both keys at 0:19. They should consider re-keying the locks anyway.

This is truth. Its even easy to do just walking past someones keys and snapping a quick clear photo of them.
I used a picture of my friends keys to create a scaled model that we 3Dprinted and opened his units front door (after he locked the keys in on a sunday and couldnt get spares from the realestate lol).
It was actually one of the simpler things ive done 3dprinting .
I’ve got an emergency printed key (from just snapping a photo) hiding away for those days i forget my keys and get locked out too lol.
Either way though as Adam said, most people upon getting a new property immediately rekey or change/upgrade the locks, never know how many spare keys are floating around the wilds from previous owners

Cool! My own job has been starting to expand to a new location. We first started hearing about it over a year ago and we only recently got ownership of the new location and are just starting renovations. Whenever someone asks when we will be moving I always say August 2021. So glad you guys are moving faster!
